The project encompassed both below-grade and above-ground waterproofing installations, addressing the unique requirements of the school's infrastructure. This collaboration resulted in purpose-built facilities designed to cater to the needs of special needs students across primary and high school levels, supporting the growing local community.

Our team developed a detailed scope of work and application methodology, conducting thorough site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. The building features lightweight framing, precast elements, a structural steel roof, and curtain walls with architectural fins on the eastern and western elevations. This state-of-the-art facility serves both Canberra Airport and the Department of Health and Aged Care.

This stage included the construction of a new inpatient building, additional beds, outpatient clinics, a new in-centre renal dialysis unit, a comprehensive cancer centre, and expanded medical imaging, pharmacy, pathology, and central sterilising services departments.
